Our Team

Prakash S. Jalan

is the founder Promoter, Chairman and Mentor of our group.

After completing his law studies from Jaipur, he first ventured into textile trading business at Ahmedabad at a very young age. Over the years, he has successfully ventured and diversified into various business industries and sectors and created a great goodwill and reputation for the group. He is known for his brilliancy, unmatched calibre & business skills, focus, risk taking and quick decision making abilities and daring approach. A true visionary, he has led the group to the sky from scratch. He is the source of power standing tall within the group. He is extremely hard working and contributes most of his time in new business development, decision and policy making. He believes in simple living and extremely humble and noble in nature.

He has been recognised and awarded with various business and social awards. Many youngsters idolize his life and business principles and philosophy. He is popular and highly respected within the corporate & social fraternity.

Mohit P. Jalan

is the Promoter, next generation young entrepreneur, energetic, vibrant and dynamic leader of our group.

He holds a specialization in Corporate Finance from Harvard University, Boston-USA and MSc in International Business from the University of Manchester, UK. His work in business literature namely �Factors influencing Profitability of Exporting SMEs� is marketed by a German Publishing House and available on all major bookstores online.

He solely initiated and developed the trading business�of our group, which as on date�is spread�across major centres in India and overseas�with�impressive annual turnover. He�has developed the strategic investment banking business & successfully taken the finance arm of the group to the next level. He has made key contributions in the other businesses of the group as well and mainly the brainchild for diversifications and developing new emerging businesses. A true�Entrepreneur, he maintains active involvement and�keeps on innovating & implementing new concepts & game changing strategies in all businesses of the group.� He is sharp, great observer and learner.�He is known for his�ethics�and genuineness.�Overall, he is a favourite amongst most of the�suppliers, customers, partners, associates�staff, etc.�concerned with our group.�Over the years, the group has been successfully flourishing across various business sectors under his management execution and leadership. He has taken our group to greater heights.

He has a strong zeal to expand and diversify into various business sectors. He is the source of positivity and energy within the group. He is a workaholic, follows practicality and keeps on testing theories. He constantly strives in taking our group to next level and currently focussing on new interesting ventures.

Anita P. Jalan

is the Promoter and Mentor of our group.

A commerce post graduate from Rajasthan, she has successfully incorporated managerial systems ensuring group�s constant growth and success. She is a motivator and power house of positivity. Her active contribution in important decisions & policy making has been rewarding and highly beneficial to the group.

She currently focuses on the CSR part of the group and devotes her maximum time in helping the society at large. She is a popular social figure. She heads our �Being Happy� foundation and we salute her vision, efforts and mission.

Neha M. Jalan

is the new age modern business women of our group.

A Master of Business Administration from Mumbai, she focuses on the cosmetics & skincare vertical of the group. She is the source provider of new innovative ideas and vision to the group.

Her unmatched talent has led the group diversify and expand into new unexplored horizons.

The Group has on board top Entrepreneurs & Industrialists, Mentors, Senior Leaders, Experts & business Advisors actively participating right from decision making to framing policies & constitution to implementation & execution.

The group consists of Reserve Bank of India registered NBFC (Non Banking Financial Company) providing a diversified and broad range of financial products and related services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and individuals.
